Do you offer continuing education credit hours?

Yes! Studer Group is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. What is the recommended attire?

Dress code is business attire or professional business casual. Please be aware the meeting rooms may be cool. We recommend bringing a sweater or jacket to ensure your personal comfort in the meeting space.

What meals are included in the registration fee?

Breakfast and lunch are offered on most days throughout the conferences. Please refer to agendas for scheduled meals.

Will sessions presentations and resources be available following the event?

Presentation slides and handouts remain accessible via the event app for 30 days following the conference. However, recorded sessions will not be available.

Do I have to register for individual breakout sessions?

No, you do not need to register for individual sessions within your conference. However, for co-located events where Studer Group is hosting multiple conferences at one location, you can only attend sessions on the agenda of the conference you registered for.

How do I make a hotel reservation?

Upon completion of your online registration, please click the "Travel" tab on the conference page for the event you will be attending. The deadline to book a hotel reservation is typically one month prior to the event; check the conference website for actual dates. A credit card is required to guarantee all hotel reservations, and hotel cancellation policies are detailed on the hotel website when booking your room.

Who can I contact if I need to cancel?

Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Email requests must be sent to; emails to other addresses will not be accepted. Cancellations are not accepted through the website. Please be sure to use the word "cancellation" and the registration # for the event in the subject line of your email. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for refund processing after notification of cancellation. Refunds will not be allowed within one month of the event.

Who can I contact if I need to switch my registration to a colleague or transfer to another event?

Please send your request via e-mail to Be sure to use the word "substitution" and the registration # for the event in the subject line. Substitutions for attendees are allowed until the day of the event without penalty. Transfer of registration to another event will be allowed until two weeks prior to event.
