Presentation slides and handouts remain accessible via the event app for 30 days following the conference, however recorded sessions will not be available.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR INDIVIDUAL BREAK-OUT SESSIONS?
Studer Conferences are designed to provide you with the flexibility to gain knowledge on a variety of topics. You are not confined to one track. However, please plan to arrive to your sessions early to grab your seat. Although you may have preselected your track at registration, the seating for each session is on a first come, first serve basis.
HOW DO I MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION?
Upon completion of your online registration, please click the hotel tab of the conference location you are attending. The deadline to book a hotel reservation is one month prior to the event. A credit card is required to guarantee all hotel reservations. Hotel cancellation policies are detailed on the hotel website when booking your hotel reservation.
WHO WOULD I CONTACT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Email requests must be sent to: email@example.com - emails to other addresses will not be accepted. NOTE: Cancellations are not accepted through the website. Please be sure to reference the word cancellation and the registration # for the event in the subject line. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for refund processing after notification of cancellation. Refunds will not be allowed within one month of the event.

WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I NEED TO SUBSTITUTE?
Please send request via e-mail to email@example.com. Please be sure to reference substitution and the registration # for the event in the subject line. Substitutions for attendees are allowed until the day of the event without recourse. Transfer of registration to another event will be allowed until two weeks prior to event.
