Rachael Johnson has worked with more than 400 organizations as a specialist in accelerating Evidence-Based LeadershipSM through care transition calls and Rounding for Outcomes. Rachael focuses on delivery of our software solutions, including Patient Call ManagerTM and MyRounding.
In her work, she trains organizations to ensure the software systems are maximized as well as the key tactics they support. Her experience ranges from critical access hospitals to large academic systems.
Since 2006, she has worked closely with partner organizations to achieve outcomes such as reduced readmissions, increased perception of care, and overall improved efficiencies for both the care transition call and Rounding for Outcomes processes. During her tenure, she has received six Pillar Awards which are awarded to employees that demonstrate consistent results and model the standards of behavior.
Rachael firmly believes in the Studer Group mission of making health care a better place for employees to work, physicians to practice medicine, and patients to receive care. In her role, Rachael has the opportunity to work with organizations around internationally who share her passion to achieve this mission.
