As a registered nurse with over 15 years of leadership experience, Erin continues to break the mold as she develops and coordinates new ways to improve the overall patient experience. Erin challenges leaders to think creatively and breaks down interdepartmental barriers by engaging staff and providing a great place for employees to work, patients to receive care, and physicians to practice medicine.
As a servant leader, Erin collaborates with all care providers to improve quality, move results, and hardwire standards across departments. Prior to joining Studer Group, Erin was a clinical nurse manager and service line administrator for Lafayette General Health in Lafayette, LA. Erin's experience as a registered nurse in the emergency department and as a nurse leader in outpatient, ambulatory and inpatient units, strengths her ability to deploy the Evidence-Based Leadership℠ model in all types of patient care services/modes. Erin embodies the Studer Group ideal that culture trumps strategy every time, but culture and strategy together are unbeatable. Through incredible growth of service lines in a challenging health care market, Erin maintains a renewed commitment to her partners to produce excellence and employee engagement. She strives to reignite and reconnect them back to their passion for purpose, worthwhile work and making a difference. Erin currently serves as the coach specialist and process expert for Studer Group's electronic rounding tool, MyRounding®, and the Must Haves® tactic of Rounding for Outcomes.
