Over the past several years, Studer Group has completed thousands of Straight A Leadership assessments. These assessments analyze how aligned leadership is on its goals to create a consistent experience for patients, physicians and staff, the actions leaders are taking to quickly and precisely move best practices throughout the organization and systems and processes that are in place to hold people accountable for executing well. In these assessments, we have found that when it comes to creating alignment and consistency in an organization the first barrier is accountability and the second is a gap in communication. To address this second largest barrier, we have created a communication series to help leaders improve their communication with the stakeholders.
