Studer Group is committed to our mission, which is to make healthcare a better place for employees to work, physicians to practice, and patients to receive care. As an extension of this mission, we are delighted to provide access to a tool each month that is usually reserved for our partner organizations in order to share leading practices across the industry.
Visit this page often to see what tool we've unlocked. Tools are available for a limited time.
Use this tool to better understand and explain the purpose and value of Patient Communication Boards in the ED. The grid details each component of the board, the expectation for when the component will be updated, the reason for the component and the overall benefit to patients and their families.
*Login is required to view the tool, but it can be accessed by anyone registered on the Studer Group website.
highmiddlelow® is a tactic leaders use to improve employee engagement by investing in conscious, planned re-recruitment and development of the best employees. It also improves leaders’ skill sets in dealing with low performers or those individuals who are not aligned to an organization’s expectations.
The process requires leaders to differentiate employees as “high,” “middle,” or “low,” with high and middle performers being those designated for re-recruitment and low performers being those who need to either improve or risk deselection. See videos of “what right looks like” when holding conversations with both clinical and non-clinical staff at the low, middle and high performance levels.
