Presenter: Mark Noon has more than 20 years of experience leading and coaching teams from the frontline to the highest levels of civilian and military healthcare. As a retired Major in the United States Air Force, Mark brings a unique perspective to leadership development and management. He now focuses full time on operational and service excellence in the healthcare industry. Mark is a national speaker with expertise in the areas of employee engagement, leadership development, and driving results by teaching leaders how to create and cultivate value in the people they manage.
