At Studer Group, we believe exceptional patient experiences are dependent on an organization’s ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. One of the ways a patient’s perception of quality care is represented is through Clinician and Group Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CG CAHPS) survey results. Therefore, it’s critical to meet (and exceed) the needs of patients and family members to not only improve CG CAHPS outcomes, but more importantly to consistently deliver safe and quality care.

Our goal with this resource is to provide insight on the external environment as it relates to the medical practice setting, introduce the CG CAHPS survey questions, and highlight evidence-based tools and tactics to drive results and improve the patient experience.
