Rudy Martinez has over 20 years of experience in healthcare as a clinician, nurse leader in hospital administration and a senior leader in ambulatory care. Prior to joining the Studer Group, Rudy was system director of outpatient nursing at Texas Children’s Hospital where he led the clinical practice and directed quality and staff development for over 50 multispecialty clinics and diagnostic and therapeutic services. He also served as senior clinical practice expert and senior clinical manager within the Texas Children’s Health Centers. Prior to working in the outpatient departments, Rudy served as an inpatient leader responsible for acute care operations, patient flow, patient experience and staff development.
