Jeff has more than three decades of emergency healthcare services experience in a variety of settings, ranging from bedside care to executive leadership roles in some of the highest-volume healthcare centers in the country.

About Jeff

Jeff has worked as a nurse, leader and consultant in the healthcare industry for more than 30 years, with a specialty in emergency services. He collaborates closely with national and regional healthcare systems to transform care quality and improve the patient and employee experience.

Throughout his career, Jeff has coached physician and nurse leadership teams through critical changes to enhance areas of front- and back-end flow through the emergency department, reduce turnaround times and elevate patient perception of care. His efforts have helped organizations dramatically increase patient satisfaction, accelerate door-to-provider times and grow year-over-year revenues.

Prior to joining Huron, Jeff served in a range of leadership roles for a variety of healthcare services and provider organizations. As a corporate leader at one of the largest national emergency department physician groups, he developed strategies to integrate multiple provider service lines to better serve patients and healthcare systems.

Jeff has published and presented nationally on topics ranging from workforce development to improved operational flow.
