Greg Paris, MHA, FACHE

For 19 years, Greg Paris was the CEO at Monroe County Hospital, a nationally recognized healthcare organization in Iowa. During his tenure, employee turnover decreased from 26 percent to 7 percent and patient satisfaction rose from the 8th percentile to the 99th. Monroe County Hospital has been named one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare magazine for the past three years.

Professional Experience

Greg received his undergraduate degree in marketing and accounting from Iowa State University and his master’s in health care administration from Des Moines University. He was named the Iowa Hospital Association Executive of the Year in 2007 and is a member of Studer Group’s Hall of Fame. Over the past seven years, Greg has worked with Studer Group as a coach, rural account leader and national speaker.
