Debbie Caskey, RN


In her role as coach and account manager, Debbie Caskey’s Studer Group partners continually demonstrate improvement in patient experience, quality, efficiency and retention of high performers. Although her background includes working with various healthcare providers, her passion is for small and rural providers. She ensures a successful launch to excellence by fostering strong rural performance through focused onboarding of new partners. Several of her partners have received the Healthcare Organization of the Month award for their outstanding results, along with numerous What’s Right in Health Care awards for excellence in patient experience. Debbie has also received the prestigious Studer Group Pillar award for partner outcomes in 2013, 2015 and 2016.

Professional Experience

As a registered nurse with more than 40 years of experience in healthcare, Debbie has served in several different care settings. For over 25 years she held progressive roles in healthcare administration, focusing on a cardiovascular service line. She also led her organization’s service excellence and patient perception initiatives for several years by utilizing Studer Group tools and tactics. Her expertise is in team building with an ability to relate and communicate with all members of an organization. She has a desire to see organizations excel in providing the highest quality in safety and patient experience. While serving as service excellence champion, her previous organization consistently exceeded the 75th percentile ranking as measured by HCAHPS.
