A recent $82 million investment was made in women's services. The St. David's Women's Center of Texas, located on the campus of St. David's North Austin Medical Center, is a new facility dedicated entirely to the health and wellbeing of women of all ages. This addition more than doubles capacity with enhanced surgical and imaging centers, 29 LDR rooms, 61 postpartum rooms, six operating rooms for cesarean sections and 36 Level III NICU beds. This three-story, 121,000 square-foot facility is the largest women's center in Central Texas with capacity for future expansion.
