Healthcare Leadership Conferences

As healthcare professionals, whether clinical or administrative, we are being asked to focus on more than ever before. That's why we created Studer Conferences. It's the one location where healthcare professionals can gain new and practical skills that match the demands of healthcare today. Studer Conferences focus on innovation, real-life problem solving, and reigniting our passion for healthcare.

In 2016, we are bringing it all to you in three major U.S. cities as well as a special Canadian-focused event in Toronto. We'll kick-off the year in February at Walt Disney World® Resort followed by a stop in Toronto, ON and Washington, D.C. in May, and then close out the year at the Bellagio in Las Vegas in November.

Even if patients receive excellent clinical care, flow and throughput issues, overcrowded wait rooms, and misalignment between physicians and staff can negatively impact the patient's perception of the entire encounter. You don’t have to overwhelm staff with techniques that feel like "extra work" to get results. Learn how to implement high-impact tactics that offer the biggest return.

Previous attendees include: ED Directors, ED Nursing staff, ED Physician Assistants, ED Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Emergency Physician Group Managers

Take a deep dive into the behaviors, strategies and tactics proven to improve all Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) results and drive clinical quality. Evidence shows that nursing is one of the most trusted yet least "happy" or engaged professions. So how can we help our teams reconnect to why we got into healthcare in the first place? Learn how to re-engage nursing professionals and establish a lasting culture of engagement. In addition, learn evidence-based techniques to achieve accountability and high reliability on a daily, shift-to-shift basis to ensure our patients always receive the safe, quality care they deserve.

  • Managers, Directors & New Leaders

"This was a great conference I am so thankful I had an opportunity to attend. The information was timely and relevant...I learned so many things about myself that must be corrected in order to advance those that I lead."

Solid leadership creates results that last. The problem for most leaders, whether seasoned or new, is that they haven't had the time or opportunity to learn how to lead effectively. The good news is that these skills can be acquired. Learn the evidence-based framework for success in any leadership role in healthcare. Both emerging and tenured leaders will leave with implementable, real-life tactics to lead a team that is agile, resilient and committed to excellence.

Our Mission Is You

Like you, our passion is healthcare. Our mission, Studer Group's mission, is to improve healthcare for physicians, employees and patients. So, in short, our mission...is you. And one way we achieve that mission is conferences.

For more than 15 years, through interactive learning events, Studer Group has gathered leaders to explore what's working well in healthcare.

Last year more than 4,000 healthcare leaders gathered for the career-invigorating experience of Studer Conferences. Sure, attendees gain new and actionable skills. Beyond that, what's different about Studer Conferences is a program that connects to both your heart and mind.

It's not about experts on a stage. It's about you and the energy that comes from thousands of healthcare leaders gathered together to find ways to make healthcare better.
