From Compliance to Commitment: Transforming Federal Healthcare through Engagement

Navigating Change in Federal Healthcare

Washington, DC • May 29, 2019

Leaders in healthcare today face many challenges, each of which requires highly engaged employees giving discretionary effort even when no one's watching. Within federal healthcare, employee engagement faces its own challenges stemming from the unique composition of the teams: military/civilian, Veteran/non-Veteran, Native American/non-Native, and the list goes on. Despite differences, these diverse teams are united by a compelling mission.

Navigating Change in Federal Healthcare will be facilitated by top-performing coaches and speakers who work with organizations across the globe to address the varying challenges with the modernization of the Federal sector. Throughout the day, topics such as Evidence-Based LeadershipSM, High Reliability, Patient and Employee Engagement, and Cultural Transformation will be highlighted with challenges discussed and opportunities identified.

Lunch and refreshments will be served.

Studer Group has designated the Navigating Change in Federal Healthcare activity eligible for 6.25 CE credits. Physicians should claim a maximum of 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1TM credits to the extent of their participation in the educational event. See the CE Credits page for more information.
