Attendees will leave with a toolbox of tactics designed to improve physician satisfaction, hardwire physician recruitment and retention, create buy-in, provide physician feedback, and address burnout.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT EXCELLENCE

ADVANCED LEADERSHIP FOR SENIOR EXECUTIVES

Exclusively for senior executives and board members who are looking to gain education and alignment on the challenges and changes taking place in healthcare today. Gain essential knowledge of the external healthcare environment and how to effectively manage change. You will learn tactics around physician integration, mergers, consumerism, governance, culture, and more.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE

Organizations with a culture that focuses on patients are rewarded with higher clinical quality and efficiency, a safer patient environment, greater employee engagement, and improved financial results. This track provides an overview of the different CAHPS surveys and helps you understand what’s mandatory and what’s in development. You will walk away with tools, tactics, and proven behaviors that improve patient experience across the continuum and specifically relate to HCAHPS, CG CAHPS, and OAS CAHPS.
