Bill BielendaAs an expert in Healthcare Management Engineering, Bill brings more than twenty years experience to the Studer Group. He has worked closely with Quint Studer for more than eight years and has utilized the Nine Principles to bring two separate organizations from mediocrity to excellence prior to joining the Studer Group. He led a company wide initiative to improve organizational productivity, resulting in more than $26 million in expense savings. Bill is recognized as a leader in health care for his knowledge of operational benchmarking. Among the awards he has helped organizations apply for and receive are the prestigious 2000 RIT/USA TODAY Quality Cup Award for Health Care and The 1997 VHA Leadership Award in the System Division of the Organizational Management category. With expertise in measurement and accountability systems, Bill acts as "point man" to all Studer Group Coaches and clients in these areas. He has helped over one hundred organizations implement leader accountability processes ranging from small hospitals to major healthcare systems. Bill's operations background ranges from hospital operational responsibilities, to finance, quality management and strategic planning which makes him a valuable resource as well. |
