Now Recruiting Coaches

Rich Bluni, RN - Previously Nurse Manager and Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety
Rich Bluni

"I became a nurse because I wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. I became a manager because I wanted to serve those that care for others. I am a coach because I get to do both."

Tonya Fuller, RRT, MS - Previously Director of Respiratory Care
Tonya Fuller, RRT, MS "My passion for health care combined with the Nine Principles® and Must Haves® empowers me as a coach to make an extraordinary difference every day for employees to work, patients to receive care and physicians to practice medicine around the world."
Julie Kennedy, RN - Previously Director of Emergency / Trauma Services
Julie Kennedy, RN "As a nurse at the bedside I made a difference to my patients and their families. As a nurse leader I made a difference to patients and families in the Emergency Department, and in the community. As an RN Studer Group coach I have the humbling opportunity to make a difference to patients and their families in hundreds of organizations across the country, and I am honored to impact the satisfaction of their care givers and physicians. As a 20+ year nurse, what more could I ask for in a career?"
Davy Crockett - Previously Vice President of Patient Care Services
Davy Crockett

"Every week I have the honor and privilege of coaching our partners to drive and sustain outcomes that save lives!"

Stephanie Baker, RN, MBA, CEN - Previously Director of Emergency Services
Stephanie Baker

"Having the opportunity to coach with the Studer Group allows me to positively impact healthcare one organization at a time, thus improving care for thousands of patients each year. We have a sacred vocation and need to protect it by helping organizations become the best place for employees to work, physicians to practice and patients to receive care. Sometimes we only get one chance. My goal is to make a difference every patient, every time."

Zani Weber - Previously Director of Community Relations
Zani Weber

"For me the essence of coaching is the ability to influence change. Because we typically work with our partner organizations for at least two years, we build long lasting relationships and experience their evolution with them. There are two things I love about my job: I work with people who are passionate about making healthcare better for their staff, physicians and patients; I learn from my partners every day. How cool is that?"

Debbie Cardello, RN, MSN - Previously Chief Operating Officer
Debbie Cardello, RN, MSN "As a former COO, coaching means having the ability to make a difference to many…many hospitals, many employees, many physicians, many staff and most of all many patients across the country. I believe this is important because health care is personal—we have the ability to touch each other’s lives by bringing best practice tactics to organizations to hardwire service and operational excellence."
Cis Gruebbel - Previously Vice President of Patient Care Services and Assistant Administrative Officer
Debbie Cardello, RN, MSN "Coaching healthcare leaders is one of the most fulfilling opportunities I have ever had – to impact employees, physicians and patient care on a national level is incredible!"
