Tonia has a combined 17 years of clinical and managerial experience in the health care industry. She excels at using meaningful measurement to drive results. Having worked with Quint Studer at Baptist Hospital, Inc., she is a skilled coach that can get results. Tonia leads the Southeast/MidSouth and Northeast/Mid-Atlantic/Canada Aramark teams. Tonia coaches over 40 Aramark pilot organizations across the US and Canada. Her background in laboratory and ancillary services prepared her for the many challenges facing health care today.

Tonia has worked with a wide variety of ancillary departments to develop leaders, improve processes, and streamline procedures while increasing patient and employee satisfaction. Working with the clinical laboratory, food and environmental services, clinical engineering, central transportation, and plant operations on leadership development, employee satisfaction, quality outcomes and financial management, Tonia is adept at implementing timeless principles and innovative best practices that lead to a reduction in employee turnover, an increase in employee and patient satisfaction which contributes to bottom line financial results.

Tonia has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in health care, and holds certifications from the American Society for Clinical Pathology in Histotechnology and Laboratory Management. She currently serves as the Region III Director for the National Society for Histotechnology and as Treasurer for the Florida Society for Histotechnology. Tonia is a member of Florida’s Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel which licenses and oversees clinical laboratory professionals. Tonia also serves on the Studer Group Measurement Team.
