Coach
Coaches bring a strong knowledge base of healthcare operations coupled with the ability to articulate the passion partners expect from Studer Group. Our coaches function directly with our partner organizations. They work at the partner facility and assist in implementing our framework in order to achieve results. Travel is required.
Studer Group has immediate openings for the coaching positions listed below with a strong preference for candidates with ED experience.
Coach Generalist
This individual will be accountable for successful client results and relationships. He/she will demonstrate understanding and coaching competence in the following areas: leadership evaluations, leadership institutes, service excellence and accountability systems - collectively termed Evidence-Based Leadership.
HR Generalist
This individual will assist with human resource activity with primary focus on recruitment, benefits administration, orientation, training and employee professional development. The HR Generalist will be responsible for enhancement of Human Resources functions and responsibilities to allow Studer Group to effectively grow and fulfill its mission, as measured by survey results. Position is located in Gulf Breeze, FL.
Fire Starter Publishing Customer Service
This individual will process internal/external customer orders and issues via phone, email, fax, etc. Phone messages are returned within 24 hours or sooner. Service includes requests for W-9, fax #, invoice related, placing order, product inquiry, payment information, order ETA, etc. Position is in Gulf Breeze, FL.
Institutes Marketing Coordinator
As the Institutes Marketing Coordinator, you will participate in all aspects of planning Studer Group’s institutes. The right individual will not only bring event planning experience, but knowledge of marketing. This role primarily supports the Institutes and Marketing Team. This individual is expected to be familiar with Studer Group product offerings and strategic initiatives. Position is in Gulf Breeze, FL.
Outbound Lead Generation Specialist
As the Outbound Lead Generation Specialist, you will strategically generate new leads from phone calls, attendance at industry events, campaigns, strategic partnerships, etc., engaging in conversations to build interest in our coaching services with initial focus on small and rural healthcare organizations (potential to expand to other service lines). Position is in Gulf Breeze, FL.
IT Database and Systems Analyst
This individual will support the organization's mission through effective business, technology, and data analysis. The IT Database and Systems Analyst will build sound relationships with business units resulting in the successful support of data and reporting analysis needs across the organization. Position is in Gulf Breeze, FL.
Part-Time Software Solutions Support Associate
This person will support the organization's mission through effective and timely resolution of all reported Solutions support issues. The Solutions Support Associate will build sound relationships with the organization's partners and workforce resulting in the successful support of SaaS Solutions applications. Partner Relations Coordinator (PRC)
This person works directly with our coaches to assist in achieving measurable results for our partners. Position is in Gulf Breeze, FL.
Partner Development Specialist
This individual will prospect and win organic sales of coaching partnerships within healthcare delivery organizations, to include hospitals, systems, physician practices, long-term care, home health and end of life care organizations.
