Coach

Coaches bring a strong knowledge base of healthcare operations coupled with the ability to articulate the passion partners expect from Studer Group. Our coaches function directly with our partner organizations. They work at the partner facility and assist in implementing our framework in order to achieve results. Travel is required.

Studer Group has immediate openings for the coaching positions listed below with a strong preference for candidates with ED experience.

Coach Generalist

This individual will be accountable for successful client results and relationships. He/she will demonstrate understanding and coaching competence in the following areas: leadership evaluations, leadership institutes, service excellence and accountability systems - collectively termed Evidence-Based Leadership.


Part-Time Software Solutions Support Associate

This person will support the organization's mission through effective and timely resolution of all reported Solutions support issues. The Solutions Support Associate will build sound relationships with the organization's partners and workforce resulting in the successful support of SaaS Solutions applications. Project Specialist - Small and Rural Hospital Division

This person will coordinate with Rural Account Leader to manage calls, draft proformas, agreements, and start-up phase communications, including scheduling and tracking new partner introductory call between Studer Group's CEO and partner's CEO, and perform other duties as assigned. Partner Relations Coordinator (PRC)

This person works directly with our coaches to assist in achieving measurable results for our partners. Position is in Gulf Breeze, FL.



Partner Development Specialist

This individual will prospect and win organic sales of coaching partnerships within healthcare delivery organizations, to include hospitals, systems, physician practices, long-term care, home health and end of life care organizations.
